It was the eve of war…

This war had gone on for far too long.

I’star, the great mother goddess, stood on the precipice of love and death.

Dressed and clothed in the raiments of Celestial Battle, I’star knew, at that moment, as she looked over the battlefield, realized this war was the fault of none other than Herself.

It had taken the life of her Husband.

The Great Father God

He now lay dead.

But not gone.

His essence returned to the hall of the gods.

Where he sleeps and dreams.

Istara is able to communicate with him, but only half the time.

Only when he is in his dream state.

Istar connection to the All-father is the strongest on the night of a new moon.

But with the death of her husband, the Father God, Istara was alone.

The Great War

Legend tells of a great war between the Earth Deities and Sky Gods.

The Earth Deities were seemingly pushed back into the deep recesses of the Earth and Oceans.

While the Sky Gods returned to their lofty castles in the Heavens.

Never to be seen or heard from again.

The Outsiders

After several aeons after chaos and darkness, the leaders of The Humans worked towards socio-political negotiations.

Humans learned to establish peace and experienced a period of enlightenment via their direct contact with the Outsiders.

The Outsiders were said to be a supernatural race of beings from outside our solar system.

In the beginning, the Outsiders worked side by side with the Race of Mankind.

In the beginning, there was Nothing

But absolute darkness.

There were no stars shining.

No Suns burning.

No Planets spinning.

There was but complete Nothingness.

A feeling of great loneliness, isolation and despair filled the space and void of the Nothingness.

Some say, it was as if a great Voice were locked behind the walls of darkness.

Ever silent and ever mute. Since from the beginning of the time of Nothingness.

This abysmal void went on for what would seem aeons upon aeons.

But then, in a flash.

Something happened.

There was a great explosion.

And from this explosion, a great fire was released.

Followed by a burst of light.

A great light equivalent in magnificence to the flame which rose before it.

The First Born’s

When the Gods Roamed The Earth…

Long, long ago ago, the Gods roamed the earth.

And we were great.

Life was good. Exciting and Adventurous.

More importantly, it was magickal

Somehow, it seemed like a simpler time.

But how would I know, it was all that we knew.

We were happy.

We were Vibrant.

We were at the crux of life itself.

Learning and growing.

Growing and learning more.

Those were the days.

When the Gods walked among us.

Among the tiny barbarous offshoots of life itself.

Called Humans.

Back then, the Gods where strong.

Powerful.

Loved and revered by all.

To help protect and watch over us, the Great Mother of the gods gave us something.

Origin of The Witches

This ancient story tells the tale of the Witches.

It is not just any story, as much as it is a story of knowledge and wisdom but more importantly… Power.

Long-time ago there was a God and a goddess who loved one another dearly… They spent every waking moment of the Day and Eve together.

Then one day, the great god took a rest.

He rested for a long time so his goddess decided to join her husband in slumber because he looked so peaceful, strong and yet content.

The goddess prepared herself but instead of laying with him, she lay above him. Wrapping herself tenderly around her Husband.

The Goddess was careful as not to touch or embrace Him too much as to disturb his peaceful slumber.

So the goddess lay on top and ...

In order for Istar to obtain the Flower of Life, she had to steal it from her sister in the Underworld.

However, once someone has entered the halls of the dead… once they have gone into the underworld, they can never return.

Not even a Goddess.

But Istar did not care.

She had set her mind to purpose.

The Descent

One night a young man was having some emotional issues.

He was distraught and despair is all he could feel.

One night, there was a violent storm outside.

The winds were whipping through the air violently.

The aluminum shedding outside rumbled like a drum in a melancholy march.

During his meditation, the young man broke down and sobbed uncontrollably.

He was at his wit’s end, yet again.

As this afflected malady of his had been a constant recurrence though our much of his life.

The young man had worked hard to keep his affliction handled more over the years.

He accomplished this through his study of meditation and various magickal practices.

However, the more he worked to combat his malady, the more it seemed to grow throughout the years.

In order to end this war, and save her children, Istar had to steal the Flower of Life.

The Flower of Life was held in the earth. Within the fiery underworld of Nether.

This was the realm of her Sister E’rish.

If having mortal children was against the rules for the gods.

And making them immortal was was the second rule.

THen stealing the sacred flower of life was the most atrocious.

And Istara knew that no gods would come to save Her.

She knew that sh was all alone.

She seered, the end times at the hands of E’rish and her Nergalians.

And she was right.

So on the eve of the full moon, when the portal to the Underworld City of E’rish resided,

Istara set her mind.

Every living thing has a living, breathing, existence.

Every living thing has a vibration due to their energy

A Mother’s Love

The beginning of the war started with Istar’s passion and love for her children.

You see, the goddess knew that, in order to end this war, she would have to sacrifice herself.

Leaving her children behind, and all alone to fend for themselves.

Knowing that without their mothers loving touch and guidance, they would fall into the depths of their own despair.

It was decreed ages ago, that Gods should not bear human beings or earthborn children.

Not because of some elitist decree or control.

But do to the physical limitations of earth born beings.

Human make up and physiology does not have the necessary mechanisms, built into their being, that allows for the heightened degrees of energy that flows through the divine.
